Trainee Customer Service Advisor 

Core Business Hours - 7.45am until 8pm Monday to Sunday 

37.5 Hours per week - Allocated shift pattern

Winn Solicitors is a Legal 500 company and market leaders in Personal Injury Law. We are looking for committed team players to join our Customer Service team and support the growth of our company. With this in mind we are looking for the skills, personality and character to enhance delivery of our service to our customers and stakeholders.

During your first year we will continually evaluate your progress and begin training that will provide an opportunity to progress into a Customer Service Advisor role.

The ideal candidate will be educated to A Level standard or equivalent and candidates must have 12 months’ work experience within a customer service environment.


Job Specification

Key Responsibilities

Training will include the following:

Providing help and advice to customers via telephone
Investigating and solving customers' queries
Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
Chasing supporting evidence in relation to client claims
Gaining knowledge of the case management system and claims process
