Job Specification

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse driving behavioural data received from Telematics notifications.
  • Investigate Telematics data to determine whether an accident has occurred.
  • Contact customers through outbound telephone calls to have meaningful conversations.
  • Respond to incident alerts generated from Telematics software, contacting the clients or emergency services in certain scenarios to ensure they receive the right assistance.
  • Provide support to our First Response Team within our online space.
  • Build up and maintain the company’s online client relationships.
  • Ensure up-to-date records are maintained and available for management and Source analysis.
  • Assist the Company in obtaining positive feedback through the medium of independent review external sites, by sending invites and monitoring responses.

Key Requirements

  • Experience within an insurance and/or a contact centre
  • Live chat experience
  • Experience of working towards deadlines and performance objectives
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Time management and organisation skills
  • Telematics experience desirable
