Receptionist - On Medical Ltd

As a Receptionist your main purpose will be to create a positive, welcoming, friendly environment for everyone who visits On Medical Ltd, reflecting the On Medical culture and values. You will be responsible for supporting the business within a customer services environment on a daily basis. Your main tasks will be meeting and greeting all guests, taking phone calls, liaising directly with Physiotherapists, Medics and Psychologists as well as working alongside and providing support to other departments within the company.

Job Specification

Key Responsibilities

To provide excellent customer service to On Medical’s Clients.
• Meeting and greeting clients on arrival.
• Ensuring signing in procedures are adhered to.
• Dealing with telephone queries and transferring calls to relevant departments.
• Using diary system to re-book clients who are seen by in-house Physiotherapists.
• General Administrative duties such as Photocopying and Scanning.
• Liaising with Physiotherapists, Medics and Psychologists as well as working alongside other departments within the Company.
• Take part in Fire Alarm tests; be aware of Fire Evacuation Procedures.
• Announce any visitors / maintenance / deliveries on site, make sure they are signed in and escorted to where they need to be.

  • 5 GCSE's grade 4 or above (or equivalent)
