Due to continued expansion within our Part 7 Personal Injury Department, a vacancy has become available for a Paralegal working within the RTA team to work with a mixed caseload of admitted and disputed claims with varying heads of loss including personal injury, treatment charges hire and repairs.

Job Specification
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities would be:
- Ensure the client obtains the appropriate level of compensation for their personal injury and losses, in accordance with regulations and legislation.
- Deliver a level of Client Care in accordance with SRA regulations.
- Accurate drafting of legal document.
- Maximise income per case in accordance with the relevant costs regime.
- Maximise the recovery of other Winn Group costs, without compromising the best outcome for the client.
- To ensure you uphold the Core Values of the Winn Group.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate should be hardworking, a team player, enthusiastic and confident.
- Good knowledge and understanding of the principles of personal injury claims.
- Experience of running a litigated personal injury caseload desirable but not essential.
- Experience of credit hire desirable but not essential.
- A commitment to professional development.
- Knowledge of case management systems and excellent ICT skills.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Team ethic, cooperative and flexibility.
- Commitment, drive and a people person.
