Job Specification

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

• Preparing Schedules and Bills of Costs, to include Costs Budgets, Costs Estimates and Statements of Costs for Trial/ Applications.
• Negotiation of Legal Costs.
• Issuing Part 7 and Part 8 Proceedings. Making Applications to the Court.
• Liaising with Legal Teams.

Key Requirements

Key Requirements for this role are:

  • Knowledge of basic law and practice.
  • Working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and Case Law.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in case management software (previous Proclaim and Costs Master experience would be advantageous).
