Key Responsibilities

Job Description

Assisting the Part 7 Team with the functioning of various proclaim Stages, together with any other future Phases that are to be implemented.
Assisting the Part 7 Team with data analysis and investigation of evidence.
Contact clients and third parties to chase the return of any outstanding documentation and assist in the progression of the claim.
Contact Courts regarding any outstanding issues e.g. chasing directions, notice of issue.
Liaise with other departments in order to assist with recovery/closure of cases.
Draft Court documents and conducting legal research.
Liaising with other members of the Part 7 Team.
Reviewing medical reports, GP records and valuing claims.
Reviewing liability evidence.

 

Key Requirements

Desired Skills & Experience

Knowledge of court documentation and case management experience preferable.
Preferably previous experience as a legal assistant or experience of working in an alternative professional office.
Educated to degree standard or equivalent is essential.
