Key Responsibilities

To develop a new family law department, offering a full range of family law services to privately funded clients nationally.

Formulate and deliver a new business acquisition plan.

In conjunction with our in-house IT and Compliance teams design and develop Lexcel and ISO27001 compliant client service processes and standards.

Recruitment, training and supervision of members of the new team.

Key Requirements

You will be a first-rate solicitor, and a Law Society Family Law Accredited member (4 years PQE+) with a solid background in privately funded Family matters with a proven track record of running their own caseload, working to a fee income target, service level targets and delivering a high level of client care.

Have experience in new business development and or responsible for growth in an established firm or department.

Have experience in creating, with IT Support, and developing precedent documents and case management software pages (previous Proclaim experience would be advantageous).

An existing client base or following would be advantageous.
