A vacancy is available for a Customer Service Advisor to join our customer service team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to those involved in personal injury and vehicle damage claims.

Job Description
Our Customer Service Advisor is expected to understand and satisfy our customers' requirements and exceed their expectations where possible.

• Deliver a high standard of customer service
• Providing help and advice to customers about their case involving use of a case management system
• Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email and face to face
• Investigating and solving customers' queries
• Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers

Key Requirements

You will be experienced in customer service delivery and have the drive, enthusiasm and positivity to succeed in a fast-paced operation.

Applicants will have experience of working in a customer service team or relevant skills detailed below, although full training will be provided in dealing with our case management system. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, a team player and confident.
