Job Specification

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver a level of Client Care in accordance with SRA regulations
• Follow the Department procedures and processes to ensure effective management of your allocated credit hire own case load, which will consist of both litigated and pre-issue cases
• Maximise recovery in relation to heads of claims & Solicitors costs
• Prepare the case to ensure a successful outcome at trial, including gathering evidence in relation to Quantum & Liability
• Ensure Court directions are complied with

Key Requirements

Key Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience of running a caseload of files and dealing with clients
• Litigation, credit hire or RTA experience of 2 years or more is preferred
• Case Management experience within a fast-paced volume environment
• To demonstrate strong skills in communication, influencing and negotiating
• Be able to effectively organise and time manage work
• To demonstrate strong work ethic and motivation within a team environment
