Case Handler - On Hire Ltd

On Hire Limited is a market-leading, nationwide supplier of replacement vehicles and repair management solutions to victims of road traffic accidents.

A great opportunity is available for a Case Handler to join On Hire. As a Case Handler, you will be responsible for dealing with direct instructions from Winn Solicitors Ltd, for the provision of credit hire, credit repair and credit recovery and storage services.

Job Specification

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking Instruction from clients to arrange a suitable booking in date for repairs and hire
  • Arranging urgent recovery of vehicles of safe storage
  • Managing a caseload and keep up to date on tasks by prioritising urgent instructions
  • Review defendant evidence to provide rebuttal Responses to support the recovery of credit hire charges
  • Assessing the clients need for hire
  • Liaise with body shops to agree standard rates and make repair arrangements
  • The ideal candidate will embody Winn's Values of Integrity, Respect, Loyalty and Reliability which underpin our mission to be the one stop shop for accident management and rehabilitation
