Apprentice Customer Service Administrator

A position is available to an enthusiastic apprentice who will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective support service. During your first year we will continually evaluate your progress and begin training that will provide an opportunity of progressing to a Customer Service Administrator role.

Job Specification

Key Responsibilities

• Dealing with the daily post, scanning and allocating
• Filing and Photocopying
• Archiving
• Creating electronic patient files, booking appointments via telephone
• Processing incoming medical reports
• Deliveries – banking/post office runs
• Training to become a Customer Service Administrator
• Ad hoc duties as and when required

Key Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Organisational and time management skills
• Good ICT knowledge
• A willingness to learn administrative skills in a professional environment
• Five GCSEs at grades A-C
