Apprentice Compliance & Closure Clerk

Exciting opportunities have arisen for two Business Admin Apprentices to join our Accounts/Closure team. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who wishes to begin a career within a professional organisation and gain a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration.

As an Apprentice Compliance & Closure Clerk, you will assist with the administration and compliance processes required to ensure the closure of case files.

Key Responsibilities:

To identify and resolve client account ledger balances

To ensure completed case files are closed correctly in line with Group procedures

Identify, submit and process write off requests when required

Identify, calculate and return genuine over payments to third parties

Cash collection of funds post settlement from Third Party Insurers

Assist other team members in achieving their key responsibilities

Any ad hoc or additional duties as deemed fit and appropriate by the Management Team for this post and the associated level of responsibility attached to it

Key Requirements:

5 GCSEs - Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)

Computer literacy Microsoft Office

A willing attitude and an adaptable mindset

Excellent communications skills

Ability to work well in a team environment

Manage your time effectively to enable you to meet both individual and team targets
