Accounts Assistant - On Medical Ltd

A position is available for an enthusiastic individual to join the On Medical Accounts team.
This role will include responsibility for providing an efficient accounts system, ensuring financial records are kept accurate and up to date;
The ideal candidate should have experience working within an accounts department and preferably be working towards AAT or equivalent qualification.

Job Specification

Key Responsibilities

Processing and maintenance of the day to day entries to ensure On Medical financial records are accurate and up to date;
To provide assistance to the On Medical Accounts Manager to:
Ensure the financial reporting requirements of On Medical are achieved;
Ensure the financial aspects of regulatory compliance of On Medical are achieved;
To assist other members of the On Medical finance team so they can achieve their Key Responsibilities.
Act as first point of contact for accounts related queries internally and externally.
Ensure compliance with Information Security Policies including data confidentiality and the operational security of the Information Systems used.
To ensure you up uphold the core values of the Winn Group.
Any ad hoc or additional duties as deemed fit and appropriate by the Management Team for this post and the associated level of responsibility attached to it.

Key Requirements

Working within an accounts department/team
IT Literate
Sage payroll system and Sage Line 50
Qualifications –Desirable - AAT- GCSE’S in Maths, English and Science - grade C or above.
Monthly management accounts production
