We are looking for a committed team player to join the IT Department and support the growth of our company. With this in mind we are looking for the skills, personality and character to enhance delivery of our service to our customers and stakeholders.

Job Specification

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to user support requests submitted to the helpdesk
  • Assist with IT and change issues via telephone or in person
  • Liaise directly with external providers to assist in resolving issues
  • Take a lead role in setting up new starters and processing leavers
  • Complete daily and weekly IT administration tasks accurately
  • Support the IT and Change Department in the delivery of various tasks and ad hoc projects

Key Requirements

  • Five GCSE grades 4 and above
