Winns Offers Excellent Opportunities for Apprentices
Winn Solicitors has teamed up with a local apprenticeship provider to increase the number of opportunities that the company can offer to young people.
The firm, which prides itself on investing in staff progression and development, is taking on apprentice Administration Assistants.
The apprenticeships currently offered by Winns involve working as part of the busy Post & Administration team. The apprenticeships, which last for approximately one year, are a great way for employees to gain an understanding of the company before potentially progressing to more senior roles.
Since the partnership began in May 2015, Winn Solicitors has started recruiting apprenticeships through NAVMS (the National Apprenticeships Vacancy Matching Service). This service allows up to 1.8 million young people to view job adverts.

With this in mind, we are committed to the new apprenticeship programme.”
