Head of HR Joins Directorship

Winn Solicitors are delighted to announce that Michael Warmington has joined the Directorship; he became an Associate Director as of 1st July 2015.

Michael’s career with Winn Solicitors began in May 2008, when he joined the firm as Office Manager, arriving with considerable experience of management in the legal sector having worked for several successful law firms. Having joined Winns with a staff count below 100, Michael has been influential in developing the human resource aspect and the growth of the company which now employs over 300 staff.

Over the past seven years at Winn Solicitors, Michael has implemented policy, procedure and plans to improve staff development and recognition of the Winns brand through high profile accreditations, such as the Law Society Lexcel standard and the Investors in People Gold Award. He continues in his role of Head of Human Resources and will be responsible for the continual development of the company and staff alike, organising and co-ordinating office procedures and resources.

Michael said: “Winn Solicitors is highly regarded and is widely recognised as a market leader in the field of accident management services and we believe this is great testament to the staff having been instrumental in driving the company forward and helping the company achieve their accreditations and awards to date.”
