Clint Milnes Joins the Senior Management Team

Winns welcomes Head of Change Management, Clint Milnes, to the firm. A key appointment, Clint has joined the senior management team in order to further develop processes throughout the business, in light of recent changes within the industry.

Clint, from Monkseaton, brings more than 15 years of experience as a practicing solicitor to the newly created role. He was previously head of personal injury and clinical negligence at Browell Smith & Co where he was also responsible for all aspects of ICT throughout the organisation.

Clint said: “Winn Solicitors is one of the most progressive law firms in the North East and I am delighted to be joining at such a key stage in its development. My knowledge and expertise in creating case management systems and reporting, implementing and writing procedures for all aspects of litigation coupled with my background as a practising solicitor will enable me to marry together legal and ICT processes to further improve our already extremely effective approach and processes.”

Over the coming months, Clint will be working alongside directors and the senior team to explore options to develop its services, target new markets and identify additional revenue streams. Clint has direct responsibility for the IT and Process team.

Clint added: “The personal injury market continues to evolve; we remain at the forefront of developing legal and ICT processes that can respond to these challenges and ensure productivity and client satisfaction as well as enable the firm to implement its ambitious growth plans and cement its position amongst the leading solicitor’s practices in the region.”

Jeff Winn, Managing Director, commented: “Clint’s appointment comes at a time of significant strategic development for Winn Solicitors; his extensive experience in multi-track cases, occupational diseases, clinical negligence and cost recovery will be extremely valuable to us as we examine and implement future growth opportunities for the firm.”

Jeff added: “The personal injury and claims sector is facing a number of challenges and Clint will be working closely with the directors and senior managers to ensure that we continue to provide our clients with the highest quality legal expertise, outstanding customer service and efficiencies across all our departments and teams."
